NovaRossi Rex 91HR 3D Break in Needle Settings

Ok so like most of the 91s out there the needle settings are not that much different so here we go...

idle 1.5
mind 2.5 to 3
high 3 to 3.25 you can try 3.5 but may die on you

the other thing is set the idle just above the last notch on the barrel of the carburetor, when setting up your throttle
pinch your fuel line and count to 5 if it starts to go lean then your idle is fine and you should use your travel adjust
to move the idle, if you can count to 10 or so then screw in the idle screw about a quarter of the way and listen to the motor if you go to far it will speed up if to far the other way it will 4 stroke on you.

Head speed should be around 1750 and 1850 head speed do not load the machine take your time and be amazed!
